Creative Worker Visa

This visa is for individuals coming to the UK to work in the creative industries. It's intended for roles in areas such as entertainment, arts, and culture.

Key Features:

• Sponsorship Required: You need a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from a licensed UK sponsor (Most important document you need).
• Visa Duration: Up to 12 months, extendable to 2 years with the same sponsor.
• Visa switch available after 2 years.

Dependants:
Yes, dependents are allowed. You can bring your spouse/partner and children under 18 to live with you in the UK. They are granted dependent visas which usually allow:

• Spouse work full time
• Free Education for Children
• Study without additional permission

We work only with employers that are licensed and currently issuing CoS. This helps us to curb any disappointment due to different strict visa rules coming from the UK Govt. We have limited slots for CoS with a 100% success rate. Below are the available packages:

• Package Content: CoS, job offer, visa process, and accommodation.
• Documents Required For CoS: Valid International Passport, CV/Resume, Passport photograph, Birth certificate, Academic documents.
• Documents Required For Visa(Main Applicant): Valid International Passport, Police clearance certificate, TB Test medical report, Family registration/Marriage certificate/Proof of relationship, Proof of fund (Sponsor supports you)
• Dependant(s) Visa Requirements: Valid International Passport, Police clearance certificate and TB Test medical report.

Total package cost: £5,120
Payment plan
25% payment when CoS is out.
75% payment when Visa is out.
Process duration: CoS approval and Job offer letter (5 to 7 working days) and Visa approval (not later than 21 days from application start date).

Single Package

• Documents Required For Visa: Valid International Passport, Police clearance certificate, TB Test medical report and Proof of fund (Sponsor supports you)

Startup requirement: A valid e-Access code obtainable at the rate of £29.

Our CoS Application Process

• Applicants must complete CoS application on our portal: https://portal.ksdconsultingltd.co.uk/register.html  with a valid e-Access code.
• After registration, applicants must login to their account and upload all required documents based on the choice of visa.
• All required documents submitted by the applicant will undergo verification. Once successfully verified, the applicant receives notification on their account and email.
• Employer confirms applicant's verified records and issues Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) and Offer letter not later than 7 working days after successful confirmation.
• Payment of 25% as stated in our package payment plan.
• Visa filling and biometric capture appointment booking to be done by us to avoid any issue.
• Biometric capture at the nearest VFS center and Upload of secondary documents
• Embassy decision: Visa Approval. (Not more than 21days after starting the package)
• Final balance payment.
